You can book through our website by filling out the booking form, call us at (845) 422-3447, or send us a WhatsApp message. We will confirm your booking within minutes.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for airport transfers and weekend events. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
The online form submits a booking request. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, finalize details, and confirm the reservation. You are not charged until the booking is confirmed.
Yes. Please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup for free cancellation or modification. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
For hourly charters, pricing is based on the vehicle type and number of hours. For airport transfers, we offer fixed-rate pricing based on the route and vehicle type. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees.
Tolls are included in our airport transfer pricing. Gratuity is not included but is appreciated. The industry standard is 15-20%.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle, and corporate accounts. Payment is collected after the service is completed.
Yes, most vehicles have a 2-hour minimum for hourly charters. Some specialty vehicles like party buses and coach buses may have higher minimums. Check the vehicle page for specific details.
Yes, we monitor your flight in real-time and automatically adjust your pickup time for any delays. You do not need to call us if your flight is late.
We provide 45 minutes of complimentary wait time for airport pickups, starting from your flight's actual landing time. Additional wait time may be charged.
For airport pickups, your driver will meet you at the arrivals area. We will send you the driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details before your pickup. Meet and greet inside the terminal is available upon request.
We provide transfers to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Westchester County, and Teterboro airports. We also service Manhattan, Brooklyn, and other NYC destinations.
Our fleet includes executive sprinters, luxury sprinters, party bus sprinters, SUVs (Escalade, Navigator, Suburban, Range Rover), a vintage Rolls Royce, stretch limousines, large party buses, and coach buses. We have vehicles for 1 to 56 passengers.

Absolutely. With sprinters (up to 14 passengers), party buses (up to 30), and coach buses (up to 56), we can transport groups of any size. We also coordinate multi-vehicle arrangements for larger events.
